Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Hibajee BD website and services. 4. Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
5. When requested to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, the required documents must be submitted within 7 business days.

Hibajee BD supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT. Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 BDT per day (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In the event of a technical delay, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered on your account.
• Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or potential money laundering, Hibajee BD reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals or request additional verification.

Hibajee BD does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely governed by that operator's own policies.

Hibajee BD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. The rules below apply to all bonuses in general:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonuses and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the validity period expires.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected in connection with bonus use, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• Hibajee BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

All games on Hibajee BD are provided by internationally recognized providers (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Ezugi). Every game is RNG (Random Number Generator) certified, meaning results are entirely random and never predetermined.

• Each game has its own rules, which must be read before play begins.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, Hibajee BD will make every effort to refund the stake for that game.
• If a confirmed bet in Sports Betting is cancelled for any reason, the stake will be fully refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final. Any disputes regarding live game results will be reviewed against the video record.
• Hibajee BD is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection. If you experience connectivity issues, please contact support with relevant proof.

All sports markets, including cricket betting, are settled after the official result is announced. If a match is abandoned or the full 90 minutes / scheduled overs are not completed, settlements will be made according to the rules of the relevant market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hibajee BD platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Gaming using money laundering proceeds or funds from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or interfering with the platform's software.
• Playing using bots or automated software.
• Collusion or secret coordination with other players.
• Involvement in match fixing or any illegal betting syndicate.
• Harassing or abusing other players.

Hibajee BD may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If the account was registered using false or inaccurate information.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (365 days).
• When the player submits a self-exclusion request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned within 7 working days. However, balances may not be refunded for accounts closed due to rule violations.

Hibajee BD bears no liability for losses arising in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device malfunction.
• Password or account details compromised due to user negligence.
• Issues related to third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical disruptions or scheduled system maintenance.
